EB bargaining team pushes for fair pay, secure pensions, and improved leave

Our EB bargaining team returned to the table with Treasury Board, December 3-4, and submitted a comprehensive monetary package that includes a general economic increase of 4.75% per year over a three-year agreement and EB-specific market adjustments.
