PSAC has been working to protect and defend the rights of Indigenous Peoples in Canada and abroad for decades.
The union’s Indigenous members work together to strengthen the labour movement’s commitment to Indigenous Peoples' rights through research, education, awareness raising and advocacy.
Our Indigenous Peoples' Rights program supports member engagement by providing information, resources and training on a wide range of topics including leadership and lobbying.
Our goal is to elevate Indigenous Peoples' voices. We are all treaty peoples.
National Indigenous Peoples' Circle
The National Indigenous Peoples' Circle (NIPC) was created in 2003 to give Indigenous members the opportunity to come together and discuss issues that affect them in the workplace, in their communities and at national and international levels.
