2022 National Triennial Convention

The Public Service Alliance of Canada's Nineteenth National Convention will be held from May 28 to June 2, 2022.

The pandemic has re-written the playbook for PSAC’s Nineteenth National Convention. The business of this convention will set the course for a shorter – but critically important – two-year window of opportunity instead of the usual three-year cycle.

The lives of PSAC members have changed so much since our last convention, and that means the work of our union must change too. We will address the many issues that the pandemic has brought to the forefront, including economic, social and racial inequities and other injustices. With so many members regularly working remotely, we will explore new ways to engage, organize, mobilize and support our membership.

We will adopt a budget and important resolutions that will guide our efforts to build a stronger union. And we will also look outward as we recommit to using our union’s strength to support the rebuilding of a more just society and communities that are free from racism and all forms of discrimination.

PSAC members in good standing may attend the Convention as observers. Registration will open for observers on February 21, 2022.

Additional information will be provided at that time.
