• Wear black to your workplace or during virtual meetings to demonstrate visible solidarity across the country. 
• Display your support by putting up a printable poster in your office or using our virtual background on your video calls. 
• Talk to your coworkers about our top bargaining priorities, including fair wages, remote work, and job security. 
• Send an email to your MP urging them to support a fair deal for federal public service workers. 

Our monthly Day of Solidarity isn't just about wearing black on a single day. It’s a visual reminder of your ongoing commitment — week to week, month to month — to come together with your colleagues and demand a fair agreement.
