National Days of Solidarity

On the third Wednesday of every month, PSAC members working for Treasury Board wear black to work to show the employer that our bargaining teams have our full support.

By wearing black, we send an unshakeable message to Treasury Board: we are organized, we are paying attention, and we are not backing down.

Wednesday, July 15

Join PSAC members nationwide by wearing black in support of our Treasury Board bargaining teams. Real power doesn’t come from a bargaining table in Ottawa, it comes from tens of thousands of members being organized and visible.

Why we’re mobilizing

After more than a year of bargaining, Treasury Board continues to stonewall us on key issues like wages, job security, and remote work. Their insulting wage offer of less than 1% per year tells you exactly how little they value your work.

We can’t afford to sit back and wait for a deal. If we aren't active and visible, the employer assumes we don’t care. Showing up and staying engaged is how we fight back and win a fair contract.
