Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada working for Treasury Board and Canada Revenue Agency have voted overwhelmingly in favour of ratifying their tentative agreements. Members in the PA, SV, TC, EB, and CRA bargaining groups participated in nationwide ratification votes from May 24 to June 16.

Our FB bargaining team met with the employer May 24-25 for the first bargaining session since the government introduced the 2023 federal budget and Bill C-47, the Budget Implementation Act. It was our first opportunity to oppose the changes outlined in Bill C-47 since we postponed negotiations in April in solidarity with striking Treasury Board and Canada Revenue Agency workers, and last met with the employer March 21-23.

On May 1, PSAC's EB bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with Treasury Board. The bargaining team recommends ratification of the new agreement.

PSAC has reached a tentative agreement for PA members with wage increases that prevent workers from falling further behind and makes important gains to our members’ working conditions, including significant protections around remote work and better job security.  

After more than two years of negotiations and historic strike action by PSAC members across the country, our TC bargaining team reached a tentative agreement for more than 10,000 members in the Technical Services (TC) group under Treasury Board May 1. 

In the hours after reaching a deal with Treasury Board, we shared with PSAC members the highlights of the wage increases and remote work language that were negotiated.
