Treasury Board bargaining survey: Take 15 minutes to help shape your next contract

As we enter a new round of bargaining with Treasury Board, your input is essential to deciding the issues we prioritize at the bargaining table. The way we work has fundamentally changed, and we need your voice to help guide the future. This isn’t just about telework – it’s about building a public service that adapts to meet workers’ needs across Canada.

Your participation in this survey and the broader bargaining process is key to our success and will help us address the evolving needs of all members. The experiences and insights you share are invaluable and will help us make the case for a modern, fair, and secure workplace.

Take 15 minutes to complete our survey to ensure your workplace concerns are addressed.

The survey is open to PSAC members in the Program and Administrative Services (PA), Technical Services (TC), Operational Services (SV) and Education and Library Science (EB) bargaining groups. It will be open until December 13, 2024.

Your proposals, along with survey results, will shape the discussions at our upcoming Treasury Board bargaining conference, February 19-23, 2025, in Montreal, where member delegates will set our priorities for the next contract.

The current collective agreements expire on the following dates:

  • PA: June 20, 2025
  • TC: June 21, 2025
  • SV: August 4, 2025
  • EB: June 30, 2025

Stay engaged and informed by keeping your contact details up to date via the member portal.

Together, we’re building a stronger future for public service workers across Canada.
