The collective agreement for PSAC members in the RCMP civilian members (CM) bargaining unit is now available.
The agreement was ratified by members on May 29, 2025, and signed on July 30, 2025. While the employer is still updating the web-based version, members can review the finalized agreement in PDF format below.

The agreed-upon terms and conditions of employment for civilian members are included in the EB, PA, SV, and TC collective agreements as appendices R, S, and T. Unless otherwise noted, the full provisions of each collective agreement also apply to CMs.
Additional protections specific to CMs are set out in a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that exists outside of the collective agreement.
