As we enter a new round of bargaining with Parks Canada, your input is essential to deciding the issues we prioritize at the bargaining table. The way we work has fundamentally changed, and we need your voice to help guide the future.

The survey is open to PSAC members in the Parks Canada bargaining group. It will be open until April 4 at 12 p.m. ET. Members who submitted feedback during the Treasury Board input period do not need to resubmit. Those responses have been collected and will be added to new submissions. 

Your proposals, along with survey results, will shape the discussions at our upcoming Parks Canada bargaining conference, May 7-9, 2025, in Gatineau, where member delegates will discuss our priorities for the next contract.  

The current collective agreement expires August 4, 2025.
