NAV CANADA: Tentative agreement ratified by members 

After 822 days without a contract and a long round of bargaining, PSAC-UCTE members at NAV CANADA voted in favour of the tentative agreement reached with the employer last month. This agreement brings wage increases and improvements to working conditions thanks to the hard work of our bargaining team and members across the country.

Eligible employees can apply to retire early without penalty until July 24, 2026, and approved applicants must retire by January 20, 2027. That may sound appealing at first glance.
