The NAV CANADA collective agreement will expire at the end of this year. In preparation for the next round of bargaining, PSAC and the Union of Canadian Transportation Employees will be hosting a bargaining conference which will take place on January 30 and 31, 2024 in Ottawa. The conference will bring members together to review, discuss, and prioritize issues for bargaining with NAV CANADA. Conference delegates will also elect the NAV CANADA bargaining team.

Equity group members

PSAC is issuing a call-out for equity group members to attend the NAV CANADA national bargaining conference.  

The participation of all groups in collective bargaining is critical and we encourage equity group members (Indigenous, racialized, 2SLGBTQIA+, and Members with Disabilities), Young Workers (35 years old or younger) and Women to consider participating.

Applicants must be employed at NAV CANADA as well as hold office in the Union of Canadian Transportation Employees, or demonstrate evidence of union activism.

Please submit your application before December 20, 2023 to be considered for the upcoming bargaining conference.
