Over the past two years, federal public service workers delivered frontline services and got new programs up and running in record time. We got vital help to our neighbours when they needed it most.

But the pandemic has shown us the gaps that still exist.

Now more than ever, we need fair wages, good working conditions and inclusive workplaces. And if the government thinks that they are going to put the costs of the pandemic on our members’ backs, they are wrong.

We’re at the bargaining table for over 165,000 workers who have been here for Canada day in and day out. Now it’s time for Canada to be here for us.
