PSAC-UTE national committee meeting and new bargaining team

At the end of July, PSAC and Union of Taxation Employees (UTE) national bargaining committee held a meeting to prioritize the demands of members for the submission of their preliminary package to the PSAC collective bargaining team.

We are also pleased to announce that the new bargaining team has been selected. The bargaining team will be meeting in the next few weeks to establish the final order of demands.

The bargaining team consists of the following nine members:

  • Eddy Aristil, UTE Regional Vice-President, Montreal Region
  • Cosimo Crupi, UTE Regional Vice-President, Northern and Eastern Ontario Region
  • Vannessa Erickson, UTE Vice-President of the Winnipeg Taxation Centre Local, Presidents' Representative for the Tax Centres
  • Adam Jackson, UTE 2nd National Vice-President
  • Kimberley Koch, UTE Regional Vice-President, Pacific Region
  • Tracy Marcotte, UTE President of the Ottawa East Local, Presidents' Representative for Tax Services Offices
  • Jérôme Martel, UTE Regional Vice-President, Quebec Region
  • Jamie vanSydenborgh, UTE Regional Vice-President, Southwestern Ontario Region
  • Kevin Welgush, UTE Regional Vice-President, Rocky Mountains Region

There will be several meetings which will take place between September and December 2025. The first meeting is scheduled from September 11 to 12 to exchange bargaining demands.

The current collective agreement expires on October 31, 2025.
