After declaring impasse in February 2026, the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board informed PSAC-UTE that it will appoint a mediator.  

While we wait for our mediation dates set for May 5-7, PSAC-UTE is hosting virtual bargaining town halls to give members an update on what’s been happening at the table and answer questions.
