PSAC congratulates 2016 scholarship winners

The Public Service Alliance of Canada congratulates the 17 winners of this year’s scholarship awards, given to PSAC members in good standing and their dependent children.

“The scholarship winners demonstrated their grasp of current events and the labour movement,” said PSAC National President Robyn Benson.

“The winners were articulate in expressing how the PSAC can continue to improve the working conditions and rights of its members.”

Scholarship applicants were required to submit either an 800-word essay, Youtube video, info graphic or song on based on the following question: what ground should PSAC try to break in order to stay relevant in the next 10 years?

There were 272 applications submitted this year. Next year’s scholarship program will re-open in April with new guidelines and application forms.
