see saw with man in red suit outweighing numerous people on other side

How have public services removed barriers for people who are often marginalized, like the homeless, the unemployed, single mothers, new immigrants and the elderly, among others?  How have they supported a more just and equitable society?  What have been the impacts of recent cuts to public services? The three national leaders of public service unions covering federal, provincial and municipal government workers will discuss and answer questions about their experiences and struggles against public service cuts and privatization.
