Ratification votes for PSAC-UCTE members at NAV CANADA will begin March 31 at 9pm ET and end April 1 at 11:59pm ET. 

Our PSAC-UCTE bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with the employer earlier in March.  

NAV CANADA members may now download the ratification kit — including full text of the tentative agreement prior to participating in the online ratification process. 

PSAC will be hosting two virtual mandatory bilingual information sessions on March 31 and April 1st. 

To be eligible to vote, PSAC-UCTE members need to: 

• Be a member of the bargaining unit 
• Attend an information session 

Members will receive a Zoom registration link by email.  

If your registration is not received, it may be because you have not signed a union card or your contact information is not up to date. Please be sure your contact information is up to date.   

Once you register and your information is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom invitation link within 24-48 hours. 

You must have your attendance recorded at one of the bilingual information sessions. If you do not attend, your ballot will not be sent to your email. Ballots are released immediately after the session to members who attended.
