After over 670 days without a contract, your PSAC-UCTE bargaining team has declared an impasse and will file for conciliation.  

During our most recent meeting on October 28 to 30, we made our priorities very clear:  

• Strong job security provisions 
• Retroactive pay for current employees and retirees 
• Wage increases in line with those offered to other unionized groups at NAV Canada 

Unfortunately, the employer's proposal failed to meet these requirements.  The employer also proposed concessions related to job security, which we will not accept. This was the final straw for our NAVCanada team after many negotiation rounds and an expired contract.

We are organizing two virtual bilingual town halls on November 5 and 6. This will allow you to find out about how you can contribute to mobilization efforts, ask questions about bargaining and find out what our next steps will be.
