More than 4,000 Canadian Food Inspection Agency members are still waiting for the employer to deliver a final draft of the new collective agreement, ratified September 8, 2023. 

The agreement was ratified by a majority of CFIA members, and while PSAC took the swiftest path to ratification to ensure members receive their new rates of pay and $2,500 lump-sum payments as quickly as possible, the employer continues to delay delivering the final agreement.
