Canada Post bargaining: tell us how to improve your next contract

PSAC-UPCE is getting ready for the next round of bargaining for members working at Canada Post. As the first step in this process, we need to hear from you.

What would you like to see in your next collective agreement? Better work-life balance? Improved arrangements for remote work?  More support for mental health? Better wages? This is your opportunity to share your ideas with us. Your participation is crucial to our strength as a union.

You can send us your proposals by filling out the online form. It’s quick and simple.

If you don’t have an account on our site, you can create one now.

We are accepting input until March 8, 2024.

The proposals will be reviewed and brought to the next bargaining conference, to be held in Ottawa May 9-11, where delegates from locals across the country will prioritize them for negotiations. Talks for the next contracts are expected to begin soon afterwards.

The current collective agreement expires August 31, 2024.

Please keep your contact information up to date to receive more updates as we prepare to negotiate your next contract.
