PSAC has filed an unfair labour practice complaint following reports that the Bank of Canada continued to use “replacement workers” after they were mandated by the Board to stop using them.
The Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board has agreed with PSAC's request to bypass the Public Interest Commission (PIC) process for the EB bargaining group.
