In negotiations with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) October 20-22, our PSAC-UTE bargaining team made it very clear that we are ready to negotiate in good faith, but we are not interested in steps backward for our members.
Our PSAC-UTE bargaining team met with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) on September 11 and 12 to begin negotiations for a new collective agreement on behalf of more than 30,000 members. While we are ready to bargain in good faith, we made it clear that we are seeking meaningful improvements for our members and are not interested in going backwards.
At the end of July, PSAC and Union of Taxation Employees (UTE) national bargaining committee held a meeting to prioritize the demands of members for the submission of their preliminary package to the PSAC collective bargaining team.
