The NAV CANADA bargaining team met with employer representatives from April 29 to May 1 and reached an agreement on providing more flexible work arrangements. The team also exchanged monetary proposals with the employer and continue to discuss non-monetary proposals.

More bargaining dates are scheduled in June 2025.
