Registration fee: $150 (deducted from delegate expense claim). (Receipt will be provided at the convention registration desk)

  • Registration deadline (for both delegates and observers): Wednesday, April 8, 2020
  • Deadline for submission of resolutions: Wednesday, February 26, 2020
  • Convention dates: June 26-28, 2020

Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted, so please ensure that alternates are listed on the delegate’s application.

Accommodation of a Disability

The PSAC strives to ensure that PSAC events are barrier-free for our members with disabilities. Once selected, members may be required to further specify their accommodation needs in order to facilitate their participation at the Convention. A separate form may be sent to selected participants who have identified as members with disabilities requiring accommodation.

Hotel Accommodation

The PSAC has reserved a block of rooms that will be booked on your behalf if you are a delegate, on a first come first serve basis.

Only delegates will be master billed, however, a credit card will be required upon check in to secure any incidentals you may incur.

Priority of bookings at the Delta Hotel will be given to delegates. Once the Delta Hotel block reaches capacity, remaining delegates will be booked at the Sheraton Hotel.

Observers will be booked upon request only, and under the PSAC block at the Sheraton hotel

Both the Delta hotel and Sheraton hotel are unionized and accessible.

Please note that the hotels are 100% smoke-free environment.

You may be required to provide relevant medical documentation that will assist us to respond to your request. This information will not be disclosed except where necessary to respond to your request for accommodation.

Family Care

The objective of the PSAC Family Care Policy is to remove one of the barriers which prevents members from participating fully in Union activities and which provides for the reimbursement of family care expenses.

On-site child care is provided only for those who could not otherwise attend, had the service not been available.

We will follow-up for additional information and to confirm service.
