Young workers and equity discussion on January 26

Are you a PSAC member aged 35 and under? Join us for a discussion and brainstorming event. 

As a follow-up to PSAC’s national panel on equity in the workplace, join other young workers from your union across Canada to discuss equity and dismantling systemic racism at work, and to better understand the power of getting involved in bargaining to build more inclusive and equitable workplaces.

What to expect: 

  • Meet young workers from coast to coast to coast; 

  • Share your priorities on race and anti-racism, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities and ableism, Indigenous rights, sovereignty and reconciliation, and more; 

  • Engage with your peers on issues that matter to you. 

This will be a space for members to share and learn from each other. Strategize and creatively address issues within the union and the workplaces that are important to you.
