As a PSAC member, you have access to a 15% discount for VIA Rail train tickets and routes. 

Discount is off best available fare with the exception of Escape, and the Prestige Class on the Canadian. Up to 3 additional passengers can travel with the employee or member. Discount applies to both business and leisure travel. Discount level is based on annual sales. Make sure to enter your code even when booking Escape. Membership ID is required when traveling.
