PSAC’s 2026 National Equity Conferences will be held in person May 3-7, 2026, at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Convention Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This year’s theme is ‘’Intersections of power: Lifting every voice!’’ 

The 2026 National Equity conferences offer a unique opportunity to strengthen the activism and leadership of equity-seeking members and advance PSAC’s work towards social justice.  

We are hosting four equity conferences: 

• Racilized Persons Conference 
• Access Conference 
• Pride Conference 
• Indigenous Peoples Conference 

As a delegate, you will take part in workshops and represent your group in elections at your respective equity conferences.   

The deadline to apply for delegate or observer status is Friday, October 31, 2025, at 5 p.m. ET. The deadline to submit resolutions is Friday, November 14, 2025.

If you are selected as a delegate to these conferences, you will be advised by email by February 2, 2026. Delegates are selected by their respective PSAC components and regions, with priority given to members in good standing, union leaders and activists on human rights issues.
