Proposal for Collective Bargaining

Member participation and direct input in the collective bargaining process is of critical importance to making this round of bargaining a success.

We’ve developed this online form to help facilitate the process of gathering member input.

It will greatly assist the bargaining process if you:

  1. Briefly outline your proposal. You do not need to provide actual language.
  2. If the purpose of your proposal is to simply clarify wording, give examples of problems of misinterpretation of current agreement.
  3. If this is a new proposal, or a change, briefly describe the problem which prompted your proposal and provide relevant supporting rationale.
  4. Keep the rationale brief and to the point.
