The cost of living is rising quickly across Canada, and PSAC members — and workers across the country — risk being left behind if we don’t negotiate wages that keep up with inflation. That’s why our common issues bargaining team is pushing for fair wage increases that keep up with rising costs for more than 110,000 PSAC members.

PSAC aims to negotiate fair collective agreements that recognize the way the pandemic has radically changed work in the federal public service.
This round of bargaining, the team will be focusing on several key issues targeted for improvement.
The common issues bargaining team is composed of members of the PA, TC, SV, and EB bargaining groups.
PSAC has reached a tentative agreement that provides fair wages, no concessions, and improved working conditions for the 70,000 members of the PA group.
