Frustration is growing at the TC bargaining table as Treasury Board continues to delay meaningful progress. Our TC bargaining team returned to the table on March 11-12, where the employer once again failed to engage seriously on key proposals.
Our PSAC-UCTE bargaining team is pleased to share some of the details of the tentative agreement reached with NAV CANADA. The agreement was possible because of the dedication and perseverance of our bargaining team and members across the country who joined the fight for a fair contract.
The Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board has informed PSAC-UTE that it will appoint a mediator after the bargaining team declared impasse last month. Mediation dates have not yet been determined.
