The 31^st Constitutional Convention of the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) will be held May 11-15, 2026, in Winnipeg. As in previous years, PSAC will be fully funding up to 14 delegates to represent PSAC’s five equity groups: women, Indigenous peoples, racialized peoples, persons with disabilities and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

To be considered for selection as an equity delegate to the CLC Convention representing PSAC, you will need to:

1. self-identify as a member of an equity group
2. hold a union position within PSAC
3. be available for the full duration of the CLC Convention, including the PSAC caucus held on Sunday May 10, 2026, prior to the official start of the CLC Convention
4. attend the CLC equity caucuses and forums, which are held outside official convention hours

Completed applications are to be submitted by Friday February 6, 2026, 1:00 pm EST. Responses to the questions will be considered in the selection process of the equity delegates representing PSAC.

The Alliance Executive Committee will review all applications and make the final selection of the equity delegates to the CLC Convention.

Applicants will be notified if they have been selected by February 20, 2026.
