PSAC will be offering webinars for members who volunteered to be Pay Advocates on how to address common problems with Phoenix.
Participants will explore the steps to take when handling pay problems that occur due to transfer of positions or overtime. They will also explore the claims process when employees are seeking reimbursements for costs incurred due to Phoenix errors, such as paying interest on loans.
The webinars will take place on July 17, 2018, in French and July 18 in English and will cover two topics:

In order to help us deliver the webinar effectively and efficiently, we ask that those who will be participating to please submit in advance any specific issues and questions on the two topics they want addressed. You may submit them before the date of your chosen webinars at phoenix-ed-phénix@psac-afpc.com.
