December 11 marked the first meeting of our newly elected NAV CANADA bargaining team. They met to finalize the membership’s demand package.
Negotiations with the employer took place during the week of December 12 - 15, 2017.
Throughout the week, our bargaining team exchanged proposal packages with NAV CANADA representatives. Non-monetary language found in various articles were signed off and the team is pleased with the progress to date.
Further dates have been scheduled January 29 - February 2, 2018.
