Anti-racism

PSAC is committed to fighting racism and promoting employment equity – in the workplaces we represent, within our own union and in society at large. When our members experience discrimination on the job, we file grievances and fight for their rights in the courts and at human rights commissions.

Our union also provides opportunities for racialized PSAC members to network and engage in political action.
