Direct member input is essential to a strong bargaining mandate. We’ve developed this online form to simplify proposal submissions. 

Please be sure to do the following: 

• Briefly outline your proposal. You do not need to draft the exact contract language. 

• If you are clarifying wording, include examples showing how current language is being misinterpreted. 

• If this is a new or revised proposal, briefly describe the problem it addresses and include a short supporting rationale. 

• Keep your rationale focused and concise.
