A majority of PSAC-Customs and Immigration Union (PSAC-CIU) members voted to keep the existing definition of years of service in the collective agreement.
The City of Timmins and the union representing workers at the Timmins Airport have resumed negotiations. A strike which was set to start on Monday, March 4 at 6 p.m. is temporarily on hold.
