PSAC fully supports a federal vaccination policy to protect the health and safety of our members and the Canadians they serve. We know that increasing vaccination rates is the best and most reliable way to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our workplaces and our communities and encourage our members to be vaccinated.
The Operational Services (SV Group) continued bargaining with Treasury Board on September 21-23, 2021, discussing fair wages, improved working conditions and work-life balance.
The Education and Library Science (EB) bargaining team focused on expanding a range of leave options and potential flexible work arrangements during talks with Treasury Board September 14-16.
The Technical Services (TC) bargaining team met with the Treasury Board September 14-16 to continue negotiations.
PSAC will continue to play an active role in consultations as the federal government develops its vaccination requirements plan.

Bargaining for the Operational Services (SV) group [13] began June 16-17 as the bargaining team exchanged proposals at their first meeting with the employer.
