After 822 days without a contract and a long round of bargaining, PSAC-UCTE members at NAV CANADA voted in favour of the tentative agreement reached with the employer last month [2]. This agreement brings wage increases and improvements to working conditions thanks to the hard work of our bargaining team and members across the country.
Ratification votes for PSAC-UCTE members at NAV CANADA will begin March 31 at 9pm ET and end April 1 at 11:59pm ET.

PSAC-UCTE members voted 95% in favour of taking job action in strike votes held on February 2 and 3, 2026.
The NAV CANADA bargaining unit consists of almost 300 PSAC-UCTE members. The collective agreement expired in December 2023.
As bargaining with the employer has reached an impasse [9], members at NAV CANADA will need to take a strike vote.
PSAC members working at NAV CANADA will be going to strike votes because members across the country deserve better.
After over 670 days without a contract, your PSAC-UCTE bargaining team has declared an impasse and will file for conciliation.
The PSAC-UCTE NAV CANADA bargaining team met with employer representatives on October 1-3.
The NAV CANADA bargaining team met with employer representatives from April 29 to May 1 and reached an agreement on providing more flexible work arrangements.
