NAV CANADA: Team makes progress as bargaining continues  [1]

The NAV CANADA bargaining team met with the employer February 25 to 27 and March 25 to 27. We reached an agreement on several issues, including the right to take nursing breaks without loss of pay. We also negotiated language clarifying the leave request process and granting of overtime.
