The new collective agreement between PSAC and Parks Canada Agency was signed late last week.
Treasury Board has provided PSAC with a letter from CRA setting out its preliminary view that the general damages in the Phoenix settlement agreement are taxable.
PSAC has organized ratification votes between October 5 to November 4 to allow both Parks & CFIA members to cast their ballot.
