2026 Strike vote sessions - TB

You have the power to influence your next contract.
Treasury Board is playing games at the bargaining table — pushing for more managerial control and trying to force workers to take pay cuts while slashing thousands of jobs.
But we can push back with a strong strike vote. Real bargaining power comes from tens of thousands of PSAC members mobilizing together to demand the fair deal we deserve.
Strike votes run from November 16, 2026, to January 22, 2027.
Upcoming strike votes
Strike information and voting sessions will take place between November and January. Dates, locations, and registration details will be shared on October 28.
PSAC is using Vogo, a secure online voting platform to manage the strike vote process. You will receive an email from [email protected] [1] on October 28 with your credentials to vote (a confidential ballot and PIN number not to be shared). If we only have a mailing address on file, we will send your credentials by mail during the week of October 26. All voting takes place online with your ballot and PIN number.
All PSAC members in the PA [2], TC [3], and EB [4] bargaining groups are eligible to vote.

What we’re fighting for
Fair wages, not pay cuts
Treasury Board’s insulting wage offer averages less than 1% per year. That would mean a clear pay cut as everyday costs continue to skyrocket. Public service workers deserve fair pay that keeps pace with the cost of living.
Enforceable remote work rules
Remote work belongs in our collective agreements with clear, enforceable rules, fair case-by-case assessments, and protection against arbitrary management decisions. These types of provisions already exist in other federal contracts.
Enhanced job security
Nearly 15,000 members have received WFA notices, which only reinforces our calls for seniority-based rules, expanded retraining allowances, and an end to wasteful contracting out.
AI guardrails
We’re demanding clear boundaries in our contracts that would ban automated systems from making decisions on hiring or discipline, stop intrusive surveillance, and guarantee proper training and human oversight.
Reproductive health support
Members shouldn't have to risk their income or dignity to manage their health. That’s why we’re proposing leave for reproductive health needs, flexible scheduling, and dedicated paid leave for end of pregnancy.
