PSAC members in the Technical Services (TC) [4] bargaining unit have voted overwhelmingly in favour of their tentative agreement, with 93% of ballots cast in favour of the new contract. 

PSAC members in the Program and Administrative Services (PA) [8] bargaining unit have voted overwhelmingly in favour of their tentative agreement, with 87% of ballots cast in favour of the new contract. 

Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada working for Treasury Board and Canada Revenue Agency have voted overwhelmingly in favour of ratifying their tentative agreements. Members in the PA [8], SV [6], TC [4], EB [2], and CRA [10] bargaining groups participated in nationwide ratification votes from May 24 to June 16.

Together, more than 155,000 PSAC members led the fight for better remote work protections during this round of negotiations – and we won. The gains you made by taking strike action will benefit not just PSAC members, but all workers in Canada.  

Ratification votes for PSAC members in the four Treasury Board groups will begin on May 24 and end on June 16 at noon ET.  

Last week, the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) appointed a Public Interest Commission (PIC) to help advance negotiations for 5,000 Parks Canada members. The appointment of the PIC follows PSAC’s declaration of impasse [18] after a year –and –a half of bargaining. 

On May 1, PSAC’s SV bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with Treasury Board. The bargaining team recommends ratification of the new agreement.
