Canada Life

On July 1st, 2023, the government of Canada’s decided to transition to Canada Life to provide health insurance benefits for more than 1.7 million current and former federal public service workers and their dependents. Months later, members are dealing with unprocessed reimbursements, refusal of eligible claims and serious delays trying to contact Canada Life.
PSAC is taking action to hold the government accountable. The contract was attributed to Canada Life, now the government must work to restore the standard of service that healthcare plan members and their families deserve.
