We've waited long enough
Workers at CBSA have waited long enough. We've been without a collective agreement for two years.
Wages have stalled, and the cost of living has risen, but CBSA still isn’t prepared to negotiate an agreement that protects our members, and continues to demand concessions at the bargaining table.
It’s time to show CBSA that we are prepared to take job action to reach a fair deal.

ACCESS TO TELEWORK
FB non-uniformed members deserve consistent and flexible access to telework options.
PROTECTIONS FROM CONTRACTING OUT
The use of automated systems, untrained student workers and contracting out means higher costs, more risk, and reduced quality of services for Canadians. We need to end contracting out and fight for good, secure public service jobs.
