In the last round of negotiations, the Program and Administrative Services (PA) and Technical Services (TC) bargaining units negotiated Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) to conduct a joint study on mental health support mechanisms. The study would focus on PSAC members who may be exposed to explicit and disturbing material, and/or potentially threatening situations while on the job.
