Purpose of position: 
The Copy Centre and Digital Press Operator and Mailroom Clerk performs functional tasks associated with the operation of the Copy Centre and of the Mailroom; The Copy Centre is dedicated to digital printing, copying and binding. The incumbent will provide quality products and services, quick turnaround, efficiency and eco-friendly practices; The incumbent provides support to the Senior Mail Clerk on any of his/her listed duties when required. The incumbent also assists in all areas of the mailroom tasks when required.
Qualifications: 
Knowledge and experience • Experience in photocopy and bindery services, other combinations of education and experience; • Experience in operating and maintaining photocopy, binding and collating equipment plus peripheral print shop finishing equipment, or an equivalent combination of related experience and training. Abilities: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22Kg). • Ability to demonstrate good client service through commitment to customer service. • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English or in French. • Ability to learn changes in technology pertinent to photocopy, binding, collating and peripheral copy center finishing equipment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive/confidential documents as well as in all aspects of the job. • Ability to work well in a team environment. • Ability to make independent decisions. • Ability to provide quality services to users.
