The Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board (PSLREB) ruled last week that Robert Grundie, a federal government health and safety officer, was unjustly reprimanded for doing his job and enforcing the provisions of the Canada Labour Code.

Our bargaining team met with the Agency on May 26, 27 and 28.

May 21, 2015

Our Bargaining team will meet again with Parks Canada next week to resume negotiations for a new collective agreement. Our team will caucus on Monday May 25 and meet with the Agency on May 26, 27 and 28.

We will provide a bargaining update shortly after this round of negotiations.

Both sides provided initial responses to each other’s proposal packages.
